Shong Lee’s responsibilities are at Plot 1 where all of the mixing of nutrients
occurs. This plot is also where the Company works on its cannabis genetics. Mr.
Lee premixes the nutrients per plant category and delivers the mix to each
plot. He is a master grower with a total of 14 years of experience, which includes
ten years in Humboldt Coun

Lee premixes the nutrients per plant category and delivers the mix to each
plot. He is a master grower with a total of 14 years of experience, which includes
ten years in Humboldt County, California, three years in Sikiyou County,
California, and one year in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Mr. Lee is also a self-
taught processor.

Matt Thao has eight years of previous experience in Humboldt County, California
prior to joining the Company. As Master Grower #4, he is in charge of Plot 3 which
currently has 17 acres of outdoor grow. The Company will manage the workers on
Plot 2, and it is there that management will educate them on how to correctly prune
plants.
